Quantitative Methods & Business Statistics Faculty Position Description
The Bang College of Business invites applications for a faculty position (Assistant / Associate / Full Professor) in Quantitative Methods / Business Statistics .
Faculty are expected to teach various courses in Quantitative Methods / Business Statistics for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
The Bang College of Business offers Bachelor, Master, MBA and PhD programs. The appointment will start in Fall 2023 (August 15, 2023).
Responsibilities involve teaching, research, and service.
Applicants must have an earned doctorate in Business (Finance, Management, Marketing, Quantitative Methods, Operations) or relevant area (e.
g., Economics, Statistics, etc.) and ideally from AACSB / EQUIS accredited institutions (ABDs will be considered but must complete their PhD by August 15, 2023).
Applicants should be able to teach in English. Candidates must have a record of scholarship, which includes published research in refereed journals.
Applicants with extensive teaching and / or industry experience will be given extra consideration.

Limited on campus housing is available to rent. In addition to salary, a benefits package includes basic healthcare, reduced tuition rates for KIMEP courses, and subsidy for relocation allowance.
New faculty members are provided with a reduced teaching schedule during the first semester. Summer paid teaching is typically available.
The salary will be subject to a deduction of 10% income tax.
