The position

In the role of Multi-Channel Engagement Manager, you will ensure to drive multi-channel strategy development and implementation in CEM countries.

Drive multi-channel strategy development and lead its implementation to support the overall affiliate’s portfolio, lead piloting and execution of the multichannel projects.

Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, sales, commercial IT and other functions to ensure an applicable content development to support business processes.

Collaborate with specialized agencies to create solutions and projects delivering an outstanding customer and patient experiences and enhancing customer engagement.

Develop, communicate and monitor the KPIs of multichannel activities, present to management and team, provide advice and ideas on possible actions.

Keep own and team knowledge of the digital marketing tools up to date to manage digital activities in the best possible way.

Develop and keep reporting on the methods, tools, results and best practices in the complex of digital activities

Qualifications :

University degree in Marketing / Management

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital (MCE) marketing;
  • Experience and knowledge in the digital marketing and analytical tools;

English at upper-intermediate level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with sales, marketing, medical department people and external vendors;

Excellent planning, organization and time management competencies including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
