• Ability to be an effective team member within multicultural organization, good communicating and negotiating skills, good interpersonal skills, personal qualities of initiative, flexibility, integrity and confidentiality;
• A personal commitment to HSE awareness;
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian. English is preferable.
• Computer literacy

Requirements :

• Bachelors or a higher degree in Public Relations, Design or a closely related field.
• 3 years experience in graphic design and publishing including the activities that is directly related to his / her duties and responsibilities
