Competences :

The job holder must have proven :

• An energetic person with drive and stamina who is delivery-focused and who can deal with a multitude of challenging interfaces.
• Experienced in working in a multi-discipline and multi-national teams, with well proven interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong awareness of cultural issues.
• Ability to develop thorough documentation of estimate.
• Ability to read and understand engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, drawings and specifications, ISO.
• Familiarity with planning an asset.
• Self starter and able to work with minimum guidance
• Must be fluent in English

Requirements :

• Professional experience in a similar position in oil and gas industry is not less 6 years.
• Higher education in economic, financial, engineering degree or equivalent Technical Qualification or reached an equivalent experience level based on extensive working experience of cost estimating
• Good analytical skills;
• Good Computer skills, including MS Office and Cost estimating software.
• Be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of estimating systems and tools
• Knowledge of RoK estimating norms and standards (SNIPs)
• Experience with Kazakhstan’s ABC estimating software package
