What you´ll do

• Assist the legal department with daily tasks.
• Prepare and format basic legal, corporate and compliance documents (requests, letters, internal policies, acts, powers of attorney, etc.).
• Scan, organize, and archive legal and compliance documentation (e.g., powers of attorney, case files, contracts).
• Collect and conduct preliminary analysis of legal documents, information, internal policies and standards;
• Contribute to internal reports and presentations.
• Provide technical and administrative support to Legal and Compliance function (scheduling meetings, handling document flow).
• Conduct legal research and review case law as assigned.
• Draft, respectively revise, preliminary versions of contracts, claims, complaints, and other legal documents.
• Support case preparation : gather evidence and compile materials for court / administrative proceedings.

Interact with government agencies, notaries, and courts (under supervision).

Maintain and update legal documentation and registers and in both paper and electronic formats (e.g., powers of attorney, case files, contracts).

Translate legal and compliance documents to and from English.
