Adsearch's Industry and Engineering division is recruiting for its client, a family-owned industrial group operating in 12 countries with a turnover of €4 billion, a Cement Plant Director for an expatriation position in Kazakhstan.

On an industrial site established in 2010, bringing together multicultural teams of 180 employees and about a hundred subcontractors, you will oversee site activities in a context of facility revamping.

Inpliance with Kazakhstani legislation requirements, you will :

Implement group policies in terms of HSE, CSRD, and production activities and technical services while monitoring activity levels and ensuring adherence to HSE guidelines and an effective CO2 emissions reduction strategy.Protect the plant's environment by preventing the harmful effects of production on it.Execute modernization actions within the plant, ensuring budget and timelinepliance.Enhance the technical culture of employees to improve site safety, quality, and productivity.Participate in the development and implementation of resource-efficient technologies.Organize training for workers, employees, technicians, and engineers to raise the level of excellence of the staff.

Requirements :

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with an engineering degree and at least 15 years of experience in heavy industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. You should be a natural leader who can unite and inspire your team. Your excellent proficiency in English will allow you to thrive in a multicultural environment, and proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage. Your leadership qualities,bined with curiosity and a proactive approach, will be essential in driving the site's success in achieving its goals.
