What you will do
As Service Engineer, you will :
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment at Customer Site
- Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
- Preparing quality reports in a timely manner : technical assistance reports, maintenance reports etc
- Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems.
- Drive Issue Resolution, by communicating with customers and internally within the company.
- Expected travelling of more than 50% within Kazakhstan (Central Asia and the Caucasus)
We believe you have
Technical education in mechanical engineering with basic electrical skills3 to 5 years’ experience of industrial installations, maintenance and / or service workEnthusiastic, service oriented and flexible team playerEnglish and Russian knowledge in word and writingComputer skills (MS Office skills)Compliance with all safety regulationsExperience in food processing is a plus (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food)Great problem-solving skillsIt is a big plus if you know our equipments (Filling machines & Distribution equipment)Knowledge in PLC and HMI is an added advantageClass B driver's licenseWe Offer You
