Responsibilities
- Help Scrum teams maximize the value created (customer centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.)
- Ensure Scrum teams and stakeholders understand Agile / Lean theory and practices
- Constantly learn and educate on new Agile practices when needed
- Help teams with self-organization and cross-functionality development
- Facilitate team events
