Implementation of transfer pricing projects of medium and high complexity (transfer pricing consulting, local file preparation, transfer pricing review and due diligence, transfer pricing compliance, etc.);
Develop and maintain active communication with clients; ensure client satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met;
Manage, develop, train, and coach junior staff;
Prepare and deliver presentations for existing and potential clients, participate in other tax department marketing events;
Provision of support to Senior Staff in all project matters and organization of business development process.
Requirements
3 years or more of relevant experience in core transfer pricing team;
Advanced level of spoken and written English and fluency in local language;
In-charge experience (i.e. leading and guiding the team for successful implementation of the project);
Strong project management skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
Strong research skills (i.e. ability to find the appropriate information from various sources);
Stress-resistance and ability to cope with multitasking;
