Your opportunity
Perform the logistical and general administration of the site activities, supporting FSE / ISM teams
Your Mission
- Providelogistical support to ISMs / FSEs, such as travel arrangements, visaapplications, mission preparation documents.
- ManageISMs / FSEs job expenses reports and time sheets.
- ManagePurchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for the internal ISMs / FSEs and Serviceactivities for the external.
- Activelymonitor and control risk related to FSEs' activities on site.
- Manage andcollect data for ISMs / FSEs activities reporting.
- Ensure effectiveutilization of FSEs management tools, such as FSM, SAPB1.
- Report onworking time, Service Report tracking, Occupation rate, KPI, cross border,mapping skills, training follow up.
- Perform FSEdata follow up in the portal- 'Perform goods receipt for external FSE's.
- Collect allcost related to intervention, such as supplier invoices, JPC worksheets,airfare; post in ERP and send to requestor.
- Validatecost, ready to bill and update Service and / or Sales Order if required.
- Performother general administrative duties.

Professionalqualification in logistics and / or general administrationLanguage :
