Lead and coordinate all HR and People related activities during the Khan Tengri (new snacks plant in Almaty) start-up in 2026;Ensure smooth staffing process in full within afreed project budget and timing with aim to guarantee production start within capex timeline;Coordinate and ensure establishing of administration, communication, training and adaptation for new personnel;Contribute to implementation of facility and safety standards (layout, medical check, delivery, canteen, logos, info boards, sport-relax rooms, cleaning, office-design);Be a part of local Project team within Khan Tengri construction and startup phase.
