Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customer to gather the relevant requirements
- Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
- Participate in Business Workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard Analysis
- Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain functionality in compliance with the specifics of customer business / industry area
- Make project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
- Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions
