Работник в данной должности будет управлять различными функциями Отдела по работе с персоналом, вести кадровый учет, расчет заработной платы и вести нормативную отчетность.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ :

• Высшее образование – филологическое, гуманитарное или экономическое будет преимуществом
• Опыт работы на аналогичной должности не менее 1 (одного) года
• Свободное владение русским языком, владение государственным языком желательно
• Владение английским языком на уровне Intermediate и выше
• Уверенный пользователь 1С : ЗУП, знание SAP HR - желательно
• Опыт работы с производственным персоналом : графики работ, суммированный учет рабочего временни
• Глубокое понимание трудового законодательства и нормативных актов
• Умение управлять несколькими задачами и эффективно расставлять приоритеты.
