Operations Manager | Remote (Estonia-based company)

About the Role :
We’re a growing mobile accessories retailer headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia – managing a network of ~15 retail locations and scaling fast. With 95% of revenue driven by accessories and the rest by mobile phone repairs, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO and ensure operational excellence across all stores.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational & Performance Management
- Supervise daily operations across ~15 stores
- Monitor retail KPIs : sales per day / store, APV, UPT, and accessory attach rate
- Lead daily and weekly team performance reviews, enforce checklists, reports, and corrective actions
- Maintain sales and operations dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets or ERP) — covering sales, repairs, returns, and logistics SLAs
Inventory & Logistics Control
Manage inventory turnover, replenishment, and transfers between storesPrevent overstocking and control aging inventory (>60 days)
Track OOS rates, stock accuracy, and pricing integrityOversee repair turnaround times and monitor upsell / return metricsAnalytics & Reporting
Build dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvement areasAnalyze data using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCHProvide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations to the CEOCross-Team Coordination
Act as the communication bridge between CEO, retail teams, and suppliersSupport decision-making through structured analysis and follow-upsEnsure clarity, consistency, and execution across all operational levelsRequirements
3–5+ years in multi-store retail (mobile accessories or electronics)Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (Pivot, Lookup functions, Forecasting)Experience with POS / ERP systems (Erply or similar)Strong background in inventory and logistics managementProven ability to manage KPI-driven teams and processesFluent in Russian and English; Estonian is a plusStructured, analytical, and execution-focused — a doer, not a coordinatorNice to Have :
