About the Role :

We’re a growing mobile accessories retailer headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia – managing a network of ~15 retail locations and scaling fast. With 95% of revenue driven by accessories and the rest by mobile phone repairs, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO and ensure operational excellence across all stores.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational & Performance Management

• Supervise daily operations across ~15 stores
• Monitor retail KPIs : sales per day / store, APV, UPT, and accessory attach rate
• Lead daily and weekly team performance reviews, enforce checklists, reports, and corrective actions
• Maintain sales and operations dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets or ERP) — covering sales, repairs, returns, and logistics SLAs
